My land line No 04027120299 on this broad band connected. on dt. 1/11 hangama movies on demand and hangama music on demand and hangama games on demand were activated. I do not want the above hangamas hence you are requested to deactivate the all the above immediatly. We rae not down loaded any movies, music or games on date 1/11, but excess bill is sent for Rs/-335.43, this amount my be adjusted in the next bill. Thanking you.
