I am a regular customer of Relience fresh.
what compel me to come here is; i made a purchase in May and tried to pay from debit card but failed due to renovation cause. their swap machine was not working. so i paid in cash. after few days same amount was debited from my debit card.
when i complained about this, they checked and assured me that same amount will be returned to me within 20 days.
after so many followups they are making excuse that we are unable to receive any reply from upper side.
this is very strange that such a big brand lacks co-ordination between teams and making such excuse.
i dont know how can i get my money back.
