Topup by sbi mobile banking

Sir,

From my mobile, 9162165856. I have done topup of mobile no 9234013901 for RS 30/- on 21/09 through mobile banking service of state bank of India, my a/c 31080912161 has been debited but topup of above mobile has not been done. before topup, balance was 0.00 and it was remain 0.00 after topup, but message of recharge failed, came on mobile no 9234013901.other details as under :-
