Do not have transaction right

sir,

I kindly imform you that i have sbi account no.11575628586 and cif no is 21561337 open this a/c only purpose is netbanking. But last from 4 days i am facing problem of transaction right. So i had conctact home brance manager but he said i had do every thing but i cant solve this one.

So my request is solve my transaction right problem and i will use net banking.
