SBI Loan
EMI is not deducting on monthly basis

I've submitted ECS form multiple times at the SBI branch. Still they are not deducting EMI on monthly basis. I am very frustrated because of this. This may cause me some extra fees/charges but this is not my mistake. Any help/idea appreciated.
