We ordered watchindia channels online at watchindia.tv. But they charged us $80.00 for the watchindia tv box which was sent to us in USA. Thevery first day we connected it to our tv and its not working. We want to return the set up box to watchindia.tv. They say us that theycannot take the box back or return the money.
They mentioned the box will not be taken back once its sold, but the box is defective and not working.
They are not returning the money nor ready to give us a box which is working. They are saying they dont have a address and not allowed to say to customers.
