No response to Emails

I had purchased a Kotak Life Insurance policy (Smart Advantage Plan) from one Mr Dhiraj Singh (M: 9650417929) of VServ, commencing 4 January. I want to know the surrender value of the policy, having completed 3 years, the essential lock-in period.

Kotak Life Insurance has not been responding to my emails of 4 and 10 January to [email protected].

VServ contact Nos (0120-4729200) and the mobile No of Mr Singh are also not reachable. The Policy document mentions the Advisor as VServ Insurance Solution-New Delhi-DM-06.
