1-800-573-1039 Card Services which is a collector for Aspire Visa is committing multiple FDCPA violations 1000's of times a day.

1. Their calling system alone is a violation of FDCPA
2. They refuse to remove customers from the queue after being giving legally acceptable alternatives to US collections.
3. They refuse to remove wrong numbers from their calling queue.
4. They call simply to harrass.

These are all violations of the FDCPA. I think it is commendable that foreigners want to work, but shouldn't they know how?

As a seasoned 7 year "American" Collector I think there should be some industrious lawfirm out there who would be willing to take on this treasure trove. I know that it used to be $5, 000 per violation. I just named 4 that they committ every single day, two of which are committed on ever single call that leaves their call center.
