I have made payment for LPG gas cylinder online on 4th march 2023 and informed the same to the Kanti gas agency to deliver domestic gas cylinder within 2-3 days but still cylinder is not delivered. When I made contact with godown incharge, I came to know that online payment is not received and cylinder will not given for online payment. He told me that only cash payment is allowed for delivery. My customer ID is 621605 and my registered mobile number is 8999326738.
Therefore, Please verify the issue at your end and help me for my harassment and financial loss.
