ICICI Bank
Delay n process/ Negligency of customer prperty

APPLICATION NO:7778631591

Dear Sir's

ICICI bank is having very good reputation in the market and my friend’s are referred me the same for their good service. But there is very bad experience for me after applied for housing loan at Koramangala branch.

I have applied for the loan in your bank your bank in the month of may through India finsol Pvt ltd, after that there is request for providing only two documents (i. e latest E C, mortgage loan clearance certificate) and same thing will be provided with in one day. Mean time all verification done by your people at residence proof, office and also personally I have taken your valuator to site on june first week. I have got the sanction latter for Rs.100000 on 21st June signed by Mr. Badri – Credit manager. After that several follow up I have done with the Executive of India finsol they have confirmed everything is processed only waiting for approval. When it is getting delayed I have directly contacted Mr. Suraj (first week of july) he spoke to Mr. Naveen (Executive india finsol) through conference call he has confirm that Latest E.C in not triggered by one of our executive who is left the job from IFPL it will clear once legally cleared. When again it not cleared I have directly contacted Mr. Nataraj – MD of INFL he checked with Mr. Naveen for the status and he has confirmed in-front of me, only we are waiting for legal repot which is expected today. Myself & Mr. Naveen both directly went to the bank & waited for the whole day in the kormagala branch, evening he is confirmed it is cleared; you can go-head with documentation. I have requested him for keeping registration next day but he say there is one internal approval for ‘A’ katha just wait for three days. He has confirmed on 29th all approval has come you can keep registration on 01.08.2011.

While I am following with Mr. Naveen for DD number on 31 july he asked me to contact Mr.suraj directly. He said it is not cleared technicaly you wait till tomorrow. 01/08 morning I have directly gone IFPL and Mr. Naveen is confirmed in-front of Mr. Natraj ICICI is not intimated any technical pending till yesterday now they are telling there is no road & under developed. As per Mr. Natraj instruction I brought the photos & Videos on same day it has been shown to Mr. Zia – sales head ICICI. He is confirmed us I will take this get approve immediately. After two days Mr. Suraj is confirmed me over telephone that area litigation area. There is an article in news paper based on that our seniors are refusing fund. I mat Mr. Zia in the same day evening he told me I will talk to them you contact me next day till today I am not able to contact.

Above I have given brief explanation about whole transaction.

Please clarify my questions.

1. If you are not making the fund in that area It would have inform in advance why it has taken two and half months till my agreement close.

(If it is not cleared legally you are right may be I have not able to produce some documents. Technical valuator is visited two months back why you are not intimated in advance)

2. I have lost the six lack rupees of advance (agreement period is over & three times extended based on IFIL request) where I can claim. Bank will pay through customer property damage?

3. I asked Mr. Suraj to give it in the writing with specific reason for reject. but what rejection sheet is provided nothing is marked i e standard format.

4. If it is not cleared why you have made documentation & collected the documents ECS form, Five Cheques, Orginal agreement,

5. If you are not making fund in that area why you verified my original document how it is cleared by Mr. Bhadri – Credit manager

6 If it is not cleared how excutive will confirm the date for registration

7. what about my processing charge & other things.

Regards

Mahesh e. N
