This is 2nd. time our courier has not been delivered in time. this time our Doc. no: 585865316 which has been booked for Delhi on 26.04.10 but has not been delivered up to 15.30 hrs on 28.04.10, Such delay in delivery of documents will force us to think for continious business with you. We are surprised to see from your on line services that above said doc. is for delivery since yesterday that too in delhi. This indicates that your delivery persons are not taking the delivery of couriers seriously. Hope you will not give us any chance for complaint and will take serious note of our complaint. You are requested to mail us the cause for not delivering the courier in time.
