Sir/ madam,
It is happen that rs.59 and earlier Rs.38 is deducted from account. The amount has been deducted without any request from me. And I have called the Customer care 111 for details and I have been informed that the amounts are deducted against services activated while attending the service calls from vodafon and automatically activated.
I have not availed any service against the amount deducted. The customer care executive who attended the call is Mr. Amritraj. The details of call are as follows

1 pm 8-12 2009 bad response and the executive put my call on hold. After half an hour of waiting, i disconnected the call
9pm 6-12--same response from your executives
I would like to bring the following points to your attention
Why the customer care people is responding irresponsibly and rendering bad services
why VODAFON Is deducting un necessary amount for non avaied serices.
Whether the company will refund my money against which i have not availed any service, defaultly activated by the system
Whether any remedy is avaialble from Indian consumer Forum in this regard.
