I have a complaint against “Allahabad Bank”. The Bank address is given below

I had got a Education loan from this Bank at 08/08 for B.Tech Education (Computer Sc.).
The Loan amount is Rs. 163100/- in Eight (8) installment. Bank also pay me as DRAFT by the name of College” Murshidabad College of engineering & Technology” Payble at Berhampore. I have already pay
Two Installment (Rs. 3000/- Per Install ment).
I see your Education loan Sceme which is published on April 28 & Scheme No is
RPCD.PLNFS.BC.NO.83/06.12.05-01
Your Scheme say Upto Rs. 2 Lacs have no margin Money or no Security.
But Allahabad bank say you will be pay us Rs. 163100/- 12% interest. Now Bank Manager also pressure Me & My Father to pay the loan with in one month. Bank also say my total due amount is around Rs 3 Lacs.
Also I had say the Bank Manager about your “Model Education Loan Scheme” but Manager deny this Rule & say They have no receive any Scheme or Norms or Terms or Condition from you.
Now I am working in public sector & Salary is Rs. 5500/- per month. I am not able to pay
Rs 163100/-12% interest (Around Rs 3 Lacs) at a time. I
I requested to you that if you consider the interest against the loan then I able to pay my education loan Rs. 3000/- per month in 55 installment. Please help me. I am helpless.
