Interest on education loan

Sir,

Reserve bank announce that educational loan interest is free for the students whose family income is less than Rs 4, 50, 000.But the bank from i taken loan cannot obey this rule, my family income is less than 3, 00, 000.

my bank name is ALLAHABAD BANK, HATIA (RANCHI). So please do some thing for weaker student.
