Insurance Not Delivered

Sir,

With due respect and honor I would like to lay down a few lines for kind consideration. I (Kumar Saurabh) D1-83/84, New Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase - III, New Delhi - 110096, had applied for an Insurance for my bike the Vehicle No MH 14 BG 1597 on dated 22/May from Allied Trade Masters (Regd.) Address, C-8/87, 3rd Floor, Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi-110085, Regd No 1094, Phone No 01164555548- 011-64658181. I was told that they will send me the Insurance within 2-3 days but I never got it. Today when I called them to enquire about the insurance, first off all they began to give me some lame excused like you did not pick up the call and all and later on they said that they will call me back in 5 minutes but they did not call me so I called them back and said that (aap log apni commitment puri kyon nahin karte hai) after listening to this the girl who picked up my call bag-an to shout on me. I kept on saying that listen to me but she did not and finally she transferred the line to one of the men Arvind choudhry who was very rude. I thought I will ask him by what date and time I will get the insurance why it late but the moment he came on line began to shout and abuse and said he wont provide me any insurance so asked me to do whatever and he said (agar himmat hain mere office se aa kar le jaana). I did not want to argue with him so I disconnected the call. After all this hassle .(iss beach mere 2 baar insurance ke Callean bhi kate chuke hain) I am very tens what i do can you help me
