I applied to a Silver Credit Card of SBI. They received the documents from my office at Sector-V, Saltlake. First time, they refused to give me the card as output of the verification process done at office is unsuccessful. They claimed that their Head office Gurgaon could not reach my office number. However, the Kolkata guys can reach my office number (03323575626/03323575627/03323575628). What they suggest that I can apply for another time and this time no problem will be raised. I gave them the documents again and the same result is coming. I received the SMS alert that the application is under process and after some days I a sms saying that unable to process the credit card application. After receiving the SMS, I tried to catch the Kolkata guys, but they are not picking my phones.
