Delay in payment and no response to email

Hi

I have a icici credit card machine from last 4 years from about a month i realized that the transaction which were happening in my establishment were not being transfered to my account and when i called up icici bank and spoke to mr. imran shek on 01141424088 he told that i have to wait for 255 days and a amount of more than 4 lac has been blocked i have a current account with icici bank fro last 6 years and i even told him that i can even get u in written from all my clients who had used their card that these were all genuie transaction he didn't listen to me despite my request that i need this money urgently

Plus he told me to email me but it has been more than 2 days and i have written 4 mails to him but he has not replied to any one of them where as he promised me to reply back in 24 hours i fail to understand how these people work and what is legal action we can take regarding this Rahul Popli
