Taking extra Charge form the print rate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased an Amul butter of 100 grams on 10/7 at 8:00 PM from my local area shop address:- C block, 681 Jahangir puri Delhi-110033. Shop Keeper name’s (Amit Kumar, Ajit Kumar) of Rs.30/- although there was the printing of Rs.28/- but the shop keeper has charged me Rs.30/-When I asked about the printing rate and return to Rs.2/- Rupees then he told me that “ 30 rupaiye ka aata hai 2 rupaiye nahi milenge”

And I again told him there is printing of Rs.28/- not 30/-then he said I will not refund to you Rs.2/- do anything whatever you can do. We sell at the rupees 30/-

I again treat him about the same. But he didn’t move on his words & keep saying go any where & do compliant anywhere it doesn’t matter to him.

I request you please look into this matter, take necessary action against the shopkeeper & try to stop this kind of monopoly or activity.
