Behaviour of staffs at Hazra (Kolkata) BranchThe staffs at Hazra (Kolkata) Branch are very rude with their customer. Timings of that branch is from 10am to 7pm. Even a customer entering at 6.45pm are not entertained. From 6.30pm they closed their transaction as they are in a hurry to go home. I am residing at tollygunge, working at Howrah Domjur factory had taken loan against gold. I reached Hazra branch at 6.45pm on 16/12, the security & staffs are not allowing me to enter & there were other customers also with me. The other customers left the place, very dissatisfied. But I didnot. I had very good arguement with the Branch Head, a Lady & the other staffs about the timings. Their main problem was that they reach home very late after closing their work at the Branch.

I told them that the timings are accepted by the staff at the time of appointment, so for this problem why customer will suffer. Immediate I called up ARS, he spoke to the Lady & then I was allowed to do the transaction. Behaviour of the staffs are really very bad, they made me wait till half & hour more, because I had made the complaint. Requested to kindly depute well behaved staffs so such harassments are not there. There are people who will not protest & this will become a routine. Timings problem is there lookout, not ours. We should get proper service within the timing mentioned.
