Charged more than MRP

Hello Sir/ Madam,

This Complaint is regarding the excess charges on Anchor Emboidery Threads. I recently purchased few anchor emboidery threads from Munirka (chabara Tracers) the shopkeeper charged me more than the amount printed on thread as MRP and when i told him that you havn't charged more than MRP he said recently raised revised by anchor company and they provide thread him more than the rate written on thread Tag as MRP. i asked for a bill and he provided same but no shop detail printed on the bill and when i asked how can anybody know that is this your bill or not he said our CA print original bill and they dont provide that bill to anyone.

kindly suggest where i can complaint for this complaint. i have the bill given by the shopkeeper. kindly do some needful.
