Here I am explaining the HARD CORE cheating in our organization.
Abitha (09840717267) is working as a CITY HEAD in chennai for earn more money she is running her own company in the name of ALPHA INTERNATIONAL .
Mr. Kamesh is taking care of this ALPHA INTERNATIONAL behalf of Mrs.
This ALPHA INTERNATIONAL not a registerd company who doesn't have proper TNGSTC, VAT, SERVICE TAX or license for source and sale data points for tele calling
HOW ABITHA CHEATING ANDROMEDA :
Since she is a Chennai city head and taking care of many process like ICICI, STANDARD CHARTED, KOTAK .
She is earning many lakes by cheating Andromeda marketing.
* she BUY cheap quality data base from unlabeled company for cheap cost through her partner.
* STEAL database which Andromeda marketing bought for kotak process
* Mix the Both data at 60:40 ratio at her office (ALPHA INTERNATIONAL)
* place a order through admin team to Alpha international.
* Rise the invoice and send it through Mr.kamesh (Partner) to Andromeda
*Out of 1, 00, 000 40% of the number already stole from Andromeda kotak process
* 60% of the database from unlablled company hence buy data @ 3paise and mix with Andromeda data and charge 38Paise /data and use this for Stantard charted process
HOW ABITHA CHEAT ANDROMEDA Marketing :
* Every Month BUY 3lacs data points to data points is getting purchased by spending Rs Approx 1, 40, 000
But actual need only 1.5lacs remaning 1.5lacs getting wasted because our CRM won't take it repeated numbers
Since its abitha's company she won't give replacement and rise complaint to vendor.
She may give replacement but quality is worst and that data cost in the market 700% less than what she quote for andromeda.
* since buy 2paise worst data and mixed with our own process data completed our telecaller actual productivity we coudnt get hence our company facing loss in many ways.
* she is behaving like lorry driver who steal petrol and sale than fill the tank by mixing WATER oR KEROSINE .
Lorry engine can't give actual power and miledge and engine life time also wil get spoil.
The same kind of activity happening in our company.
WHEN i RISE question she simply keep everything in her mind and tortured hence I resigned all of sudden and came out but coudnt bare one CHEAT and FRAUD doing her cheating continuously which we are all ignoring.
ARE WE ALIVE?
ARE WE COWARDICE?
ARE WE don't have gratitude to our BOSS? (I mean Mrs Jacob madam) who pay salary?
WHY WE DONT have guts to take this matter to our CHAIRMAN and put full stop for this cheating.

Or at least forward this mail to our colleague and ask whether they know ABITHA the chennai city head and how to put full stop for this kind of cheating
If anybody meet Mrs and Jacob who is the chairman for this company that staff would get at least promotion with rewards for saving huge money of andromeda.
I heard in icici Lombard and HDFC bank the company give rewards and recognition for any staff who sent mail regarding how to save PAPER and other expense.
I hope surely our company too will recognize staff who do this
