I am Yogesh Bhavsar online account holder at Angel broking ltd. vapi branch & my client code is Y6723
I am feeling my marketing executive Mayank Bhavsar & my dealer Payal bhattar cheat me & also after informing to feedback of angel broking they are behaved like playing a juggling ball
My problem is
Due to payal bhattar’s mistake I am facing auction Problem on dated 28.12.2011 transaction done in pantaloon (NSE) & very next day on 29.12.2011 when I inform her about this thing she tried to misguide me that mistake was not done from her side but after shown digital contract cum billing sheet, timing of trading & trading rate she confess that, that mistake was done from her side & give me assurity to pay whole loss which will come after auction (Rs. 2350) she will pay from her salary & told me she will send this amount to vapi branch & collect that amount from vapi branch office (recording is available from my side & also sent to feedback of angel broking conversation is in Hindi)
When auction is completed & amount is clear I was ask her to pay that loss of Rs. 2350 but instead of paying that amount she was taken permission with the help of mayank bhavsar to trade on my account for 1 to 2 day & give me another assurity to she will recover of Rs.2350 with the help of trade in my account & also give me assurity to they will defenatly give me profit worth Rs.2350 which is my loss of auction & after asking from my side if loss will come? mayank bhavsar give me reply that if loss will come then that was our responsibility (incoming call from mayank bhavsar’s mobile, recording is available from my side & also sent to feedback of angel broking conversation is in Guajarati) first call disconnected from mayank bhavsar & again he call me back on that second call he replied me if any loss will come he will be there in Hindi translate (me baitha hu) in Guajarati translate hu betho chhu, (Incoming call from mayank bhavsar’s mobile recording is available from my side & also sent to feedback of angel broking conversation is in Guajarati) but when I am given permission with the only one condition to no loss from my side & if loss will come they will responsible. she was trade on my account on dated 04.01.2012 transaction done in M&M (NSE) & loss another Rs. 10399.50 & then after payal & mayank both turn from their assurity & told me they are not responsible for this & not ready to pay my whole loss of Rs2350 Rs.10399.5 total 12750 & also payal used very ruff tone & insulting myself with the sentence of “aap aksar apni baat se palti marte ho” (recording is available from my side & also sent to feedback of angel broking conversation is in Hindi)
After this issue I was call mayank Bhavsar & he ask me meet him at vapi branch office & he was absent on the time he called me.
All thing I was sent (on 6th Jan) to feedback of angel broking & they (Natasha shetty) called me (on 9th Jan) & give me time limit to solve this issue within 7 working days but still today they are not accepting my claim I think they are playing game with me first they take time to solve this issue within 7 working days then she called me after 13 days (on 19th Jan) & make inquiry on which number I used to talk with payal bhattar & from which number. my question is if she make inquiry after 13 days how can they ask me solve this issue within 7 working days & then after Bombay branch hand over this issue to surat branch & their cluster head kandarp joshi called me & give another assurity to me solve this issue within 2 days & the giving the commitment’s chain is continue till date.& also playing like juggling the ball he accept only 1 claim of auction & refusing another of 10399.5 he accept only 1 claim & ask me another 10399.5 ‘s claim is baseless how can I accept this thing? when I am giving permission to them with condition no loss from my side & also given assurity from mayank Bhavsar he will responsible if loss will come. & finally on 1st Feb kandarp joshi accept my whole claim of 12750 & ask me he will send a cheque with mayank bhavsar & also mayank bhavsar called me & ask me to stay at home he will come at 6 o’clock PM & don’t go anywhere
but he didn’t came
& turn switch off his mobile when I was used to talk with him on 6.40 PM & after calling kandarp joshi he replied he will call me but he also didn’t called me & very next day he refuse my claim of 10400 which was loss from payal bhattar trade on my account but didn’t give me proper reason to refusing this claim & I also want to know how can he refuse my claim when he himself accept my claim on very previous day he didn’t give me proper reason to refusing my loss of 10400. he can’t refuse my claim because I am given permission to them only after 1 condition no loss from my side & if loss will come they will be responsible (my first mail sent to feed back on 6th Jan & today is 5th Feb. means almost month passed & they are not solving my problem neither accepting my claim & reimburse my money nor rejecting my claim with giving proper reason how they are not responsible?
So I am sending this matter to you please help me. till date I didn’t get any reimburse from angel broking or any apology for misbehaved from payal bhattar
I am also thinking if I don’t have this type of recording facility what would I do? & can they accept my claim without any recording & also do this type of wrong practice with another client? I don’t know & I am also thinking why I was choosing angel broking? to insult myself, from payal bhattar? can she have to right to talk with client like this?
please help me in this problem. also I don’t aspect this type of cheating dealing from the name under
ANGEL BROKING
If necessary I will also send mailing conversation & recording to you I want my whole loss with the interest & apology from payal bhattar for she misbehaved with me
