we have been staying in rental apartments in diffrent citie/countries as well in diffrent societies but it was really bad experience in aprna towers society, kondapur (ATOWS). This was the first time we have seen that a commercial activity is allowed in presmises by all society members (they never take any approval from others) & when it comes to a day care centre they posted everywhere that its "ILLEGAL". I understand every educated person knows that day care facility in a residential premises is a gift to every working professional but because of some personal issues ATOWS didnt allowed to start day care center. When its comes to parking area allocation, every one knwos that visitor parking is for every one but only president can have a reserved parking in that area & rest people has to pay fine of 500 Rs otheriwse society management will permit security to put clamp in cars. It was really funny as well where they are posting notice in all areas like its a supreme court order. We can really understand that its a brainchild of a perticular group in society to get benefit out of society propery for which every one is a share holder. I would request if any one knows where to complaint against these people, please let us know to teach them a lesson.
