After perusing an advt. in naukriforwomen.com http://www.naukriforwomen.com/job/credit-analystproject-finance-coordinator-0 which is reproduced above, I visited the office of Apex Indfin Services and found office vacant except only one staff sitting near the door (latter I come to know that he is a peon Srichand). After reluctantly waiting alone for approx one hour (as I was in need of a job) a bald aged person of approx 50 years come and took my interview in a closed cabin. From the website and a name plate in the office, I read his name as Dr M.M. Shukla, PhD. He asked me questions like whether I am willing to travel out of town or not, my family background, my hostel timings, etc. and persuaded me to join company @ salary of Rs 16, 000 conveyance. Since there was no one in the office so I was little scared and told him that I will think it over and let him know my decision. Next day he called me 4-5 times on my mobile and finally told that he’ll increase my salary from next month to 25, 000 incentives. After completing my MBA (Finance) I was disparately searching a job preferably in core finance and this was a very tempting offer so I decided to join and went to his office next day.
He told me to join immediately as he had very important projects in hand but instead of explaining the work, whole day he was continuously praising about himself. At lunch time he insisted to take lunch together. This became a routine and everyday he use to come late in the office with excuse that he was busy in meetings with clients or bankers. But he never forgets to serve lunch together telling that his wife has specially prepared for me.
After 10-12 days, he told that he had got one project and he will provide training how to prepare project. I felt very happy as all these days I was sitting idle. Around 6.30 he told me that I have to sit till late as this is very urgent and have to be submitted in the bank. He pretended to be very tense due to heavy work pressure having acute headache but this project must be finished in fresh mood. I told him that I can work till 8 p.m. then he went out of cabin and returned soon (later I understand that he had sent the peon out of the office). Next he suddenly touched my hands and chicks and told that for this type of opportunity one has to work very hard, be loyal to boss and dedicated, etc, etc. I thought it may be due to affection as he is of my father’s age and I am just like his daughter. But within seconds he started kissing me and laid me on the sofa in his cabin (This sofa is deliberately kept there). I was shocked, perplexed and totally in his grip for the next 40 minutes my lifeless body was wrapped around his dirty hands mercilessly biting my lips, molesting my breast and forcefully piercing my private parts. I was crying with this sudden hell broken over me and he was enjoying.
This horrific incident devastated my life completely. Now I am not the same girl of my parent’s. A rakshas like Shukla has snatched my happiness and peace of mind. Shukla’s lust for sex had ruined my career and ambition. Due to this fault of mine, I couldn’t even die because my whole family will be destroyed. Lodging a complaint with police or anywhere will reveal my identity and my parent’s will come to know, their reaction will be unpredictable for me and shukla, and after this surely they will not allow me to stay in Delhi or anywhere else making both my studies and future meaningless.
But I want to take revenge. I want to see Shukla’s daughter being raped the way he did with me. I want to exposed before media, police and his family the real face of MM Shukla, how much heinous crime he is committing by exploiting young, innocent girls, who are desperately seeking jobs after doing MBA (Finance). In this process, I have gathered some vital information which I want to share for preventing others to be an easy prey for Shukla.
This beast, is running a fake finance company Apex Indfin Services at 505 Shakuntala Building, 59 Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019 (Phone 011-41607620, 011-66624089, Mobile 09312231681, 9810201776), his name is Dr M.M. Shukla (real name Murli Manohar Shukla) is a Bihari fraud from Chhapra and resides with family at N-606, Sector-25, NOIDA (Phone 95120-2537864).
Shukla is a is a big imposter, a “DALAL” who is running a racket between bank and companies without any professional degree like Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost & Works Accountancy (ICWA) or Company Secretary (CS). I am sure his PhD degree is also fake and he must have either get it scanned from somewhere or purchased from non-existent or non-recognised institute, if anybody will inspect, it can be easily proved.
When I contacted another person “Jeky” a friend of his peon, he meet outside his office and with smiling face asked my haalchaal. He told me that in Shuklaji office no girl continue for more than 10-15 days and approx 200 girls in the last 15 years has been sexually exploited. He named few of the girls but I couldn’t remember, because my mind was not stable. Now I am urging the police and other authorities to investigate and find the details of the girls who had worked in Shukla’s office previously. I think this will be a biggest Job & Rape scandal after “Nithari”. I don’t know whether Shukla’s family is aware of this fact or not but when Nithari case was exposed the wife of main convict Surender Koli was saying that her husband is a “Devta” and innocent.
To fulfill his sexual lust, the modus operandi of Shukla is he regularly advertise in a free website naukriforwomen.com from where only girls apply against published vacancies. Also he has a tie-up with one placement consultancy “National Group of Consultant (NGC) in Vinobapuri, Lajpat Nagar, who charge Rs 300 from candidates and send the girls to Shukla’s office.
Shukla also blackmail his clients by threatening to implicate them with Income Tax and extort money from businessmen.
The way Shukla has raped and ruined the life of hundreds of innocent girls in his office since so many years who are just of his daughter’s age. M.M. Shukla is a sex maniac and God knows he might be having sexual relation with his daughter also. The sexual exploitation of girls in the name of jobs in Project Finance will only be stopped if the fraud and rapist like Shukla will be arrested and sent to jail. I pray to God and want to see Shukla and his family crying with pain and anger as I will be crying for rest of my life.
