Citi bank credit cards
APPLICATION REJECTED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for citibank credit card through citibank executive two months ago, at the time of documentation, i have handed over all my confidential documents to citibank executive two times & i was informed that my document verification has done successfully & will proceed for physical verification. but i recieved this rejection mail from citibank, at same time i called citibank customer care & asked them the exact cause of rejection of my application, their reply is just a illogical & doesnt have any strong basis to reject.

For your kind information i am the regular user of other bank credit cards, i never faced any problem regarding any civil or any other policies.

This problem i am facing second time, i need your help in this regard.

Every four day interval of time in a week, citibank executives are calling & asking me about the credit card intrests, are you intrested in citibank credit cards..???

I/We are contineously being wasted our valuable time to attend these calls & submit the documents.

I am really fade up with this bank executives, they are just calling to persons & collecting the documents & after that citibank just rejecting the applications by writing such smart mail to the applicant.

My other friends also faced such problems regularly,

So I/We are kindly requesting you to look into this matter & seek your help.
