Brand Fraud/Using My Company Name

Hi I dont know this company and we dont have any relation with this company..They are simply using our name of Aps Media, We are mere into furnishing line and have head office in thailand... so what so ever please dont deal on our company group..we dont have any relation with them.. My Lawyers are in process of action as we have patent for this name, Mean while some one wants to deal with them please deal on your risk we dont have any relation with this company.

I also request them to change your name bcoz we have patent rights on the name..Rest is there call
