Bajaj Highland Holiday Homes are big cheaters. I am cursing the time when I took their membership for three years. For last two years I am trying to make a booking at Lonawala and everytime they say it is under renovation. God knows what renovation is going on.. Not sure if they have any property at all lat Lonawala.
Recently I asked for a booking at Mahableshwar, after few days chasing they sent an email with tarrif rates for Hotel booking. I asked why I have to pay, I am member I should get free stay as per the membership agreement. They replied we are getting you discounted rates. This was not as per the membership agreement but still I checked with the Hotel (Sunny International) and they told me they do not have any affiliation with Highland Holiday Homes. I am wondering why such fraudsters are being allowed to cheat people.
Two year passed since I took membership and I couldn't availa even 1 days stay at their properties.
