As a family friend, Mr. Bhavik Shah approached me with the proposal of organizing an afternoon DJ party. He assured me that he will sell around 300 to 400 passes and asked me to invest. Being a family friend and having been trusting on him, we finally decided to organize an afternoon DJ party at One Lounge on 25th September. Before investing, we had a deal that 75% of the share will go to me (as an investor) and 25% share will go to Bhavik. The response on the day of the party was not as expected. Bhavik had taken 230 passes from me and he returned only 80 passes. After the party he was supposed to give me all the remaining passes and even bare 25% of the loss. I have not received the remaining 150 passes and neither the loss share i.e. Rs. 15000/-. I want the consumer court to take a strict action against such fraudsters.
