The landline instrument is not working since this morning, need to be changed ASAP.
Already called twice to the customer care and was trying to explain them the urgency as iam loosing business every minute, they r taking so long to register the complaint.
But the line got disconnected and when i called the secont time, i spoke to some other person and had to explain from the starting.
But unfortunately the line again got disconnected, I guess they should call back to the customer, because if we call again and everytime some new person pick up the call, then its very difficult to explain the same problem to them again and again.
THIS IS URGENT
PLEASE RESOLVE IT
CHANGE MY INSTRUMENT
