Order No.150288 dated 14/04 was placed at 14.27 PM. This food was for our lunch including my daughter. This was promised to be delivered in 30 minutes. The delivery boy came after 85 minutes! Is this McDonald service? He told me u speak to our customer care. I called 66000666, was kept onhold to get a proper reply for 11 mins, thereafter, I was told... what can we do, you HAVE to make full payment, Manager is busy, he will call you... So, is there any justice for such injustice and harassment to us and my child for this abnormal delay in service and thereafter harassing customers on phone too? NEED JUSTICE.
