It was worst sunday, i have ever planned with my family.i booked my family seats in so called 3star hotel amar for a dinner.despite booking we were treated in hotl lobby like beggars & than transferred to restaurant area... after that somebody after a gap of 15 minutes got realized to take order from us .we ordered food without garlic & onion as my parents are verymuch religious & they assured us to deliver it in the same manner as my parents demanded. within a fraction of minute i demanded to substitute one of my beverage order, but supervisor their refused to do so & said yhat product is dispatched... we said ok & were happy atleast our food wud b deliverd soon... but we were wrong as full one hour passed nobody even bothered to take care of us & not even soups were delivered.
NOW THE WORST ARRIVED WITH OUR FOOD... OUR ORDER WAS FULL OF GARLIC ONION MIXED, BUTTER ROTI WAS WITHOUT BUTTER ..MORE THAN 3/4 OF THAT WAS BURNT,
CAN YOU IMAGINE A PERSON WHO IS HOLDING HIS/HER RELIGIOUS DUTIES FOR MORE THAN 65 YEARS & BEING DEMOLISHED IN A MINUTE... SIR WHATSOEVER PUNISHMENT YOU CAN GIVE TO THEM WUD BE INSUFFICIENT B/C MY PARENT ARE SHATTERED.
LASTLY WHEN COME TO THE BILL, ONE ITEM WAS CHARGED 520/ WHEREAS IT WAS MENTIONED AS 260/ & ONE ITEM WAS IN 2 QUANTITY WHEREAS WE ORDERD ONLY 1
SIR PLZ TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THEM, BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT TO FULFILL THEIR POCKETS WITH NO CARE TOWARDS CUSTOMER
