Selling Ice Creams above MRP

Dear Sir,

I went to trichy on 8th october for diwali purchase and entered Hotel Ragunath for having Lunch. This is one of the famous restaurants in NSB Road of the city. Since it is located near to the UCHI PILLAYAR (famously known as ROCK FORT) Temple tank, it always receive hundreds of customers per day. It has A/C hall tooin upstairs. I ordered Butter scotch flavored Ice Cream after lunch and shocked seeing the bill. In the cover of the Ice Cream, MRP is printed as Rs.17 per cup. But they gave bill for Ice Cream as Rs.24. I asked them the reason but they did not give proper answer. It is offensive to sell any product above MRP. But this restaurant is selling Ice Creams, Rs 7 greater than MRP. Please take immediate action. Many people are suffering due to the hike price in that restaurant.
