M/s. Longer Life Long Products sold us a Cooking Gas Stove last month, one of the burners stopped working immeiately thereafter and when we checked up the catalogue and warranty card we observed that the company has not given any address or even contact numbers either on the catalogue or warranty making it impossible to trace the manufacturers, it appears that some body is trying to play with the consumers, how is it possible that a campnay manufactures products and does not give the details there of.
I was going through the complaint page and found that some one from Jabalpur has also has similar complaint against this company.
We urge you to do something so that other consumers are not subjected to this and also we are also provided with some details of this company.
While they were fixing the Gas Stove my wife asked for the details and was given the following numbers 09211109527 and 9899369169 and both these numbers do not answer at all.
