I was made a member vide membership ID 2025306 in August at their Saharaganj, Lucknow, UP, India office. Mr Shashank and Mr Bhaskar explained that after 3 EMIs of Rs.6777/- each, the payment may be stopped till I return from USA by June. Thereafter I may deposit remaining amount in lumpsum without any interest within 12 months from becoming their member. I promptly paid 3 EMIs and then put up a request for stoppage of further EMIs as assured by the company representatives, M/s Shashank and Bhaskar.

It was also explained that I shall be given a 32" LCD HDTV and Rs.5000/- gift voucher on payment of the 3 EMIs. I promptly did it. The LCD TV and gift voucher has not yet been delivered at my Lucknow residence.

Despite assurances, the payments of fourth EMI has been withdrawan from my credit card account. I fear the same will continue further. I shall have no option but to get my credit card cancelled.

This amount to cheating by the company.

The company needs to refund the fourth EMI to my card account, stop further charging and deliver LCD HDTV with gift voucher to my representative Mrs Preeti Jaiswal (my tenant) at my Lucknow residence
