M.O.D, Mad Over Donuts
Refusal to serve free drinking wate

Hi,

I am aware that Indian law states that every eatery should provide free drinking water to its customers. However when I visited MOD Mad Over Donuts, Dadar on 29th June I was denied the same.

Address of the outlet is as given below:

I pointed it out to the server but I was ignored and was forced to buy bottled water.

They cannot deny the customer basic rights and I believe that should abide by the rules.

Hope to see action taken against them and better service at their outlets next time.
