PF amount not credited till date

I have given a PF closure request in 2008. but still now the amount has not been credited to my bank account. The closure request has been submitted to my company and as per them they have already submitted the same to PF office.

My PF account number is mentioned below for reference- KN/41727/029

PLease help me getting the same closed at the earliest.
