The agency Artefact Projects Ltd engaged me as quantity surveyor for NH-8 MAINTENANCE PROJECT (Section Gurgaon - Kotputli) upto completion of project but after completion of projects in May the agency has not paid me salary for the month of May including other DUES .Even if a lot of request regarding this has been made to the Agency . copy enclosed. As for your kind information I have already in PIU for 24 May and after that i was on leave and my salary is pending with you from 25 April. It is also noted that I have already worked for PIU from 14.06.2009 to 21.06.2009 also and after that your good office was closed. Even if after communication with manager tech Mr V.K.JAIN I have visited there from 3.07.2009 to 05.06.2009 and Worked for Mr BN Gupta Bill and RCC variation was revised as desired.
Now your office is not fuctioning there and you have not given me notice regarding any kind of work and regarding mine continuation of Job even if I am helping and givimg you all required information on telephone.
It is noted that there is not any pending work at the time of closing of office on 31.05.2009 .
.If any revision of work is required you have to engage me for that additioonal work and first of all you have to pay my pending salary urgently.
