I have joined this company in august 09, as a software trainee paying a security deposit of 60, 000 which is refundable after two years of my service to the company, failing which the amount will be forfeited.
According to the offer letter the company is suppose to pay me a stipend of Rs.4875 for two months and then I'll be transferred to full salaried employee.
But the company has failed to do so. Now they are making us work without any pay, and if we leave the company, they will forfeit the 60, 000.
What should we do???
