This is Aman Sharma from Nabha (Punjab). I am lodging a complaint against Astha Consultancy, Phase-V, Mohali. (on my sister’s behalf, Namita Sharma).
She got registered with this above said consultancy on 6th July and at that time the branch head of the consultancy Ms. Poonam promised her that their consultancy firm will definitely arrange a job for her within a week. Miss Namita paid her Rs.1700/-(non-refundable) as a fees to this above said consultancy firm.
After the payment this firm never respond to my sister at their own and when Namita calls them they are demanding another Rs.10, 000/- as a first months salary in advance to get a job, which was not mention by them before registration. And when Namita ask for clarification on another Rs.10, 000/- they said “these are some hidden charges which we cannot tell our customers in advance”.
Now they are harassing her and plans bogus interviews for her. They are giving mental harassment to her. I am requesting to the owner of the consultancy firm that they take some necessary action as early as possible. I am also forwarding this letter of mine to CNBC Awaaz (TV Channel) also.
