I joined this small Organization called Avenue Design Zone in Chennai, Vadapalani. I worked as designer. After one and a half months since i joined, the owner of this company supposedly stopped coming to office. When contacted, he simply would not answer the calls. My monthly pay is 12500 and I have not received a paise after 1 and a half months of work. People from nearby office comes to enquire about him daily. People like this guy doesn't deserve to run such a company. I wish to register a complaint and the appropriate action been taken.
