PF not recvd. - 4 yrs now!!!

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to ur kind notice that, i have not received my PF amount for my PF # vide MH/4418/68, which is now more than 4 yrs. I have been in constent check with the PF agent of Batliboi. But nothing has been fruitful yet.

I have been told that a check was sent to my a/c but when checked with my bank, they said that they have not received any check. More over my a/c was closed due to nill balance even before the check sent date. Its self explanatory that it has taken a long time after submitting my PF docs to process, hence my account was made as dead account by the bank. Now they have asked me to give my new a/c details, which was given more than a year back now. Still there is no big positive result in it.

I request ur good self to take up this issue and help me in getting my PF amount, if any interest is applicable then, even that.

Hope for a better result atleast frm here on.
