Yet Not received My PF

Respected Sir,

I had Worked as Customer Care Execuitve & (MIS) in Bharat Bpo call Centre (its Also as Omniya Bpo) Its a railway call Centre contract of Indian railway catering services in Ahmedbad. I had left my job since 18/10. After 1 year Approx I submit my PF form in my HR department name by Vishnu Nair. HR told that your PF amount withdraw with in six month to directly in your account. But Still I have not receieved My PF Amount. Now I want to know how much total p.f.amount deposited in my P.F. account. My as well as my company details given below:

Company Name: Bharat Bpo Ltd (Iscon mall Opp. Home town, above reliance fresh thaltej ahmedbad)

My Employee Id: 0001026

My PF A/C: UP/40123/1026

So please do needful
