Withdraw my PF fund delay

This is regarding my EPF fund withdrawal. I'm rakesh roy, worked for Knowledgeworks Global ltd, Mumbai, a private company from 2005 to 2009. My PF no. is MH/93208/351. I submitted my PF withdrawal form in my previous company and they told me they submitted it on July 25th of 2011 in "Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Plot no 222, Sec 03, Charkop market, Charkop Poisor Rd, Kandivali (w) Mumbai- 400 067". Till 4 month, I didn't get my PF fund, i want to know the duration time of getting my PF fund, because other friend of mine, who left the organization same time with me, got the fund almost within 2 month. Often I contacted with the EPF office, they every time tell me "Server is not working". Please answer my quires above in my mail Id or my mob. numbe
