Termination without giving notice

Dear Job Seekers,

I joined this company on 08/09 to the post of Marketing Executive. At the time, the company didn't provide me offer letter. Still i worked because the other employee of the company told me they provide after one month.

But suddenly after working of 10 days (17/09), they told me you have to leave the company due to not having relevant experience.

I could not do any thing at the moment because i didn't have joining letter.

So it's my advice to all job seeker that "Be careful to this company & their HR team".
