Fraud and money taken to provide a job with Krishna Maruti Ltd but job not provided

Dear Sir,

Please note that Mr. BM Garg of BMC Consultancy Services New Delhi has taken Rs 45000 from me as advance charges for providing a job with with M/S Krishna Maruti ltd. However thsi was a fraud and the interview was never conducted and he has taken this money. Now he does not pick up the phone or return the money. I want to inform all be careful and advise on how can I get back my money.
