DND ACTIVATED BUT NOT RESPONDING

I have registered for DND service ofmy mobile no.9437163819 & it is activated. But some unnecessary SMS are comming to my mobile no. Basically from 59595 lot of times. If it is not stopped I will take necessary lagal action.
