Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked for one organization called

CAPITAL MARKET PUBLISHERS (I) PVT. LTD.,

401, Swastik Chambers, Sion Trombay Road,

Chembur, Mumbai – 400 071.

I am working the above company last 1year. I resign this company for 30th November i completed 1 year for leaving this company but the company are not submitted my pf form. My pf no. is MH/18613-A/917.

I want to know my pf status. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
