I AM PUTTING THIS COMPLAINT BACK AS THE BUGGERS OF THE COMPANY NAMED SAIKAT DAS AND RIKESH SINGHA HAS HACKED MY GMAIL ACCOUNT WHICH I USED FOR THIS COMPLAINT AND REMOVED MY COMPLAINT FROM HERE YESTERDAY, BUT THE BUGGERS DONT KNOW THAT I HAVE ALL THE THINGS SAVED IN 9 DIFFERENT EMAIL ACCOUNTS COZ I KNOW THE BASTERDS FROM THEIR MOTHER'S WOMB.

Salary Dues with my Company
Respected Sir,
My name is Lowell Macwan and i work as manager - operations with CAPSINUS Technology Limited having its registered office at FLAT 2/C, 15 bangur avenue, block - A, kolkata - 700055 and corporate office at CK-104, sector - 2, salt lake city, kolkata - 700091 since July.
The company is basically an ITes and also into computer brands.
I have been taking care of the operations of the company since past 2 years now and my salary decided is Rs. 55, 000 net after deductions per month.
For first few months i have been getting my salary on regular bases but from January the company has not been paying me on regular bases showing causes like the company is going into some debts and company doesnt have funds etc. and when i demanded my salary they used to pay me round figures like 1 Lakh in 4 months.
Till date i have an outstanding salary due of Rs. 6, 63, 000 with the company and now since past 5 months i am not at all getting any payments from the company for some and another reason.
Today i have finally decided to resign from such company and sent them my due details along with my resignation in email and in reply the company is showing me causes that the company is in loss and cant pay you right now.
Sir, i would like to request you to look into the matter as i am not basically from kolkata and i came here for work so i also have several unavoidable expenses of mine for my daily routine life and if i dont get paid for my work how will be able to survive or live here?
