This is quite surprise to see so many negative feedbacks available for Carewell Consultants.
I understand the fact that if someone is paying for his own then ofcourse need something in return but it can only be done by having a bit of patience and faith in God & also in themselves.
Well why I am saying this is because I got selected in one of the finance company through Carewell consultants two months before. They really work hard for me in getting a Job regarding my profile. The name of the company in which I am working at present is Copal Partners.
In the beginning, I got an sms from the company (carewell consultants) regarding some jobs available with them in different streams. I called them up and had a word with Tanya. I forwarded my CV to her as asked me to do so. Then I received a call on the next day and she said she have some vacancies available in few of the companies related to my field like Evalueserve, Hewitt etc. As requested by me to put me in any of the companies as per my profile, she asked me to first deposit Rs 2000 in their AXIS Bank A/C and then they will conduct an interview for me.
I deposited the money on the very same day and the on the very next day I got a call from Evalueserve HR who took my Telephonic Interview but unfortunately I couldn’t make it because of night shifts.
I called the company (Carewell Consultants) and told everything about what happened in the interview. Then I requested them to conduct any other interview for me as soon as possible. Then there was no response for 7-10 days and after that I received a call from Tanya and she told me that there is a vacancy in Copal Partners. She gave me full details about the Job profile and helped me to get things working on her behalf and also told me about my lackings. She advised me to gain some knowledge in Microsoft excel like Macros, Pivot Table etc which is required for the position.
After 2 days, I received a call from the Copal Partners HR. They took the Telephonic Interview and called me for the second round in the company (Gurgaon) itself. Luckily I got cleared all the rounds there and really thankful to the Carewell Staff for supporting me when I am in need of the Job and also my friends who provide me the basic knowledge of Excel which is required for the Interview. The whole process took around 20-25 days for me to get a Job.
Well today also, I am receiving messages from Carewell Consultants regarding the jobs in different fields related to my profile. I really appreciate their help.
In the end, I am agree to the guys who are annoyed with the company (Carewell Consutants) and are in the process of getting a Job but sometimes it takes time to get the right job for the right candidates. So, I would advice all to have some patience and try to keep yourself on the positive side (Taali kabhi ek haath se nahi bajti).
