Macvex Technologies and Cathexion Tech Ltd 2 companies run by Mr D Shiv Kumar who hails from Bangalore, has been for sometime now recruiting freshers from Andhra Pradesh in the guise of training them in technical and soft skills for projects and outsourcing their skills. He charges 20k from them and his associate (So called HR) extract another 5k to 10 from these students which they pocket. They also promise to pay the candidates 14k per month as salary.
They at various locations (Gurgaon, Mysore, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Chennai, Mangalore, Bangalore) offer Soft skills Traning but no technical training. At all these location though Soft SKills training is done the staff are not paid for over 3 to 4 months. Staff and students are Suffering mentally as well. They have even threatened to Commit Suicide if they are not paid their money back.
They want to go to complaint but they not correct address no photograph of the so caled CEO D Shiv Kumar.
Also he has issued many cheques in the name of Salary which bounce and banks are taking no action. Bank cheque that have bounced in the name of Macvex Tech are of Maharashtra bank, ICICI Bank, ING Vysys Bank the list is long.
Will any one help and taken action to safe guard those affected.
Requesting the authorities to help the students and staff receive their hard earned money.
